General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The dizziness and vomiting are due to iron transfusion-related gastritis.

There is nothing to worry for the same, discuss the issue with your consultant so that before the infusion, you will be given an injection of emesis control such as Ondansetron with proton pump inhibitor as Pantoprazole to avoid next chances of a gastric upset.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
