What Causes Dizziness And Vomiting After A Head Injury?

Hi, last Tuesday, a curtain rod fall on my wife s head and from next morning while wake up her head was spinning and having vomiting(only water is coming from vomit). We shown general physician and she wrote some medicines for head pain, vomiting and spinning of head but after completion of medicine course also problem remains same. Also done CT scan of brain which shows normal. doesnt show any internal / external injury in brain. So want to know reason of this problem.

The mild concussion may not visible in the CT scan, and need to MRI to rule out. If there is the problem, then she is vomiting repeatedly. Please consult your neuro physician so that he will do MRI brain and treat you accordingly.
