What Causes Dizziness And Vomiting After Eating Out?

Yes thank you. I had two Nathan hot dogs last night abt 8pm. By 1130pm I was extremely dizzy & shortly after started vomiting . The vomiting went on & off for about 2 hours however the dizziness I almost got rid of but am still a bit blurry eyed. Was this food poisoning? Em

I do understand your concern

“As” per your clinical history is concerned it is due to food poising so check you have fever or not if no fever then no antibiotic is required but manage fluid loss due to vomiting by taking ORS solution every hour.

Do take preventive steps like this :

1)wash your hands before preparing foods
2)Keep raw foods like meats separate from ready to eat foods
3)use a food thermometer while cooking foods
4)Refrigerate foods within one hour
5)Do not eat anything in doubt rather throw it
