Hi my 3 year old son yesterday fell off the bed and bumped the back of his head he was dizzy after it for seconds then fine and vomited once last night and was fine today until today but 2 hours ago he started experiencing high fever above 38 degrees Could this fever be a serious sign of the fall

It can be something serious. You need to take him to a pediatrician who will rule out any intracranial lesion.
