General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to hypotension. In the shower the blood pressure drop and can cause dizziness and vomiting. I suggest to drink more water.

Fluids increase blood volume and help prevent dehydration, both of which are important in treating hypotension. I also suggest using more salt in your diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
