I am a 49 year old healthy woman.I have a regular check up with bloodwork every two years and just had bloodwork in January. All of the sudden last night before dinner, I was sitting at the table when it felt like I was spinning and I felt like I would fly off the chair. It lasted a few minutes and happened three times then I started vomitting. I threw up eveything in my stomach. I sat still the rest of the evening and slept without further incident. I am dizzy but not spinning today and just don t feel like myself. I have rested most of the day. My husband would like me to go to the doctor but I feel there is nothing they can do for me. I have not started any new medications. The only thing new is more menopause symptoms. I am afraid the spinning and vomitting will come back. Any reccommendations?
