What Causes Dizziness And Vomiting While Suffering From Scoliosis?

I have severe dizzy spells periodically. My neck is really out of place quite often. I have severe scoliosis. I see a chiropractor who helps with my pain and dizzy spells but the last spell I had was so severe I vometed through out the day wth horrific nausea. When opening my left eye and looking down at my foot it appeared like my foot was on an assembly line of some sort. It was horrible. It s been four days now and I m just starting to feel better. Do you think I may need surgery to correct this? Ive had these spells since I was a child but has just worsened as an adult. Something is definitely pinching. When I turn my head to the left I m dizzy, to the right and it stops.

You should get the cervical spine and lumbar spine x-ray ap and lateral view.
You should maintain proper posture while sleeping, sitting and standing.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
