What Causes Dizziness And Watery Eyes And Nose?

I feel some dizziness at times just the past week. I have tiredness across my eyes and watery eye and nose on left side. This has come and gone (not the dizziness) in the past. Possibly allergies or sinus. i have had cornea transplant and glaucoma surgery in left eye in the past. I ve not felt the dizziness before . it was better a coupled ays ago, but returned today. Should I be concerned. I live in a wooded area and have had lots of rain.

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Tiredness across eyes and watering of eyes with a history of two ocular surgeries in past need prompt clinical assessment. I suggest you consult your ophthalmologist for clinical assessment of both eyes to rule out any infection or rejection post-transplantation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
