What Causes Dizziness And Weakness After A Hysterectomy?

I had a DaVinci assisted laparoscopic hysterectomy for cancer6 days ago.I m feeling weak,light headed,.and dizzyeven when I m sitting.I ve only been able to eatabout a third of what I normally eat. normally eat.I already was very deconditionedand on Lasix60 milligrams ,losartan,lopressorand morphine.please advise and help if you can.thank you

There can be various reasons for the dizziness and weakness after a hysterectomy as
- Low hemoglobin level
- Electrolyte imbalance of sodium, potassium
- Excess dosage of morphine, losartan
- Stress, anxiety related
