General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome.

Your headache and symptoms are due to the head injury and so I would recommend a visit to a doctor to get more elaborately evaluated for symptoms to rule out any neurological symptoms to make sure all is well. In the meantime, you can apply a cold pack to the region and take as much rest as possible.

Best wishes.
