I FEEL WOOSEY AND LIGHTHEADED ABOUT 11AM. AND I JUST WANT TO LIE DOWN. I FEEL BETTER UNTIL I GET UP. MY LEGS FEEL WEAK. THIS IS NOT NORMAL FOR ME. I HAVE DIABETIS ALTHO MY A1C IS ALMOST NORMAL. I DON T TAKE MY BLOOD NUMBER EVERY DAY SINCE IT HAS BEEN SO GOOD. I DO TAKE METFORMIN. I THINK LOW LIQUID INTAKE MIGHT BE A FACTOR. ANOTHER FACTOR IS THAT NOTHIN TASTES NORMAL. THIS HAPPENED LAST FALL AND I LOST ABOUT 30 POUNDS. I DID GET MY APPETITE BACK SOMETIME IN THE SPRING.
It is possible that you may have an acute viral infection. This would cause weakness and a loss of appetite. Decreased fluid intake would play a role, it would be important to increase to 8 to 10 a day.
If the symptoms worsen or there is no improvement, then it is best to see your doctor for a physical assessment and possibly bloods.
I hope this helps
