Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi,

Carvedilol is a drug belonging to a category of beta blocker. They have many beneficial effects on the heart and is a very important medicine. It reduces the heart rate and BP too.

So if you are having the above symptoms you should immediately see your cardiologist see whether it is causing a significant fall in bp or pulse rate. Till than kindly hold the drug and take the next dose when you see your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sameer Maheshwari,
