What Causes Dizziness, Body Tremors And Sleeplessness?

Hi, I recently had a strange dizzy spell, where I instantly fell to the floor and lost complete vision for as long as five minutes, I also was shaking uncontrollably I have had a lot of stress but I m not sure if that could be a factor.I also hhaven t had much sleep and haven t exactly eaten consistently. I m just wondering what had happened

You probably had a seizure and need to be investigated for it.
An EEG and CT scan of the head will be requires apart from a detailed blood work up
