What Causes Dizziness, Bouncing Vision And Tiredness All The Time?

1 am 60 yrs old I cant walk across the room without being short of breath I get dizzy episodes where the room starts spinning and my vision get bouncy I have very little feeling in my feet and I feel tired all the time this has been going on for months but getting worse
