What Causes Dizziness, Breathlessness And Nausea While On Hydroxycut?

I started taking hydroxycut a few days ago, but today was the first day I take 2 pills, 3 times a day. Throughout the day I felt very shakey, short of breath, dizzy, anxious, and nauseous. I felt like a was going to have a panic attack 10 min ago. Should I stop taking these pills, how can I feel better now?

Hi,

I understand your concerns and you should know that the current formulation of hydroxycut can cause a number of side effects, most of them due to the caffeine.
Meanwhile it is very important to eat healthy and exercising so as ta have the maximal result in weight losing and avoidance of side effects, which includes insomnia, jitteriness, anxiety, nausea, diarrhea and other related symptoms.

It seems that you are sensitive to caffeine so you should stop the medication and can take the caffeine free version instead.
