What Causes Dizziness, Breathlessness And Tiredness?
hi there i just have a quick question.... for the past 10 days i feel dizzy sometimes short of breath but have hard time speaking like someone is choking me and usually if i start to speak ... dizzy, always tired i could sleep all day and night... i am 34 years old

I really appreciate your concern.
Discussion:- It could be due to some functional elements unless clinical differentiated or rule out the systemic causes of this.
Medication:- Tab Betahistine 8 mg three times in day can be tired on tentative basis.
Advise:- CT brain is suggested with ENT opinion.
Comments:- The most common cause could be functional.
