Hello,
You have
swollen lymph nodes in the groin that are sore. You have fever, chills,
dizziness. Swollen lymph nodes in the groin are indicative of infections and cancers. Infections that may cause such symptoms are UTI, cystitis, prostatitis, sexually transmitted diseases like gonorrhea, syphilis, etc. Swollen bladder can cause similar symptoms. The nature of the pain depends on the stage of the pathology/ disease.
If the cancer process has begun, the pain can be pulling, weak. If the process becomes inflammatory, the tumor is large, the pain can be sharp and unbearable. Pain in the pubic area can occur due to inguinal hernia or an exacerbation of
chronic prostatitis. Hernia is not limited to pain, it radiates to the lower back or sacrum, sometimes even to the leg.
Pain in the pubic region can be triggered by
chronic osteomyelitis, which enters the inflammatory stage. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a
urologist, get required tests and investigations done. Get
urinalysis (R/E and C/S), biopsy and STD tests done. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected. Stay away from addictions if any.
In the meantime, you can take Spasmol (
spasmoproxyvon), one SOS when pain. You can take analgesics to reduce fever, swelling and inflammation. Your treating doctor will prescribe you a course of antibiotics.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
