What Causes Dizziness During Bowel Movement
When I have to take a bowel movement, when I push, I become lightheaded and dizzy, my stools are small plop plops, and dark. Today, it smelled strong like a skunk. I drink a lot of water, don t eat too much, am with the bariatric assessment program, and and take medication. I m 257 lbs female.

I can understand your concern.
Light headedness and dizziness is because of pooling of blood when staining.
Eat lot fiber.
As you may be on diet, psyllium husk will be very useful to you.
You have to increase water intake if you add psyllium husk as it increases bulk to facilitate bowel movement.

Well come to HCM
Chances of some infection may be likely and this could be Protozoa infection I would suggest the following treatment for this, do not exert the force at the time of defecation this could dizziness because this is kind of manure which causes this stop doing this
1) Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice day for five days
