I consistently get dizziness feeling while lifting weights fro the past 4 months. I never get them during cardio, only lifting weights...even if i go down to using light weights. I actually saw some doctors, they ran tests, and they found nothing. This isn't normal. Something must be wrong.
If you feel diizy when lifting weights and if tests are normal, then, it is related to muscle pulling. Especially if neck or spine muscles are involved.
I'd suggest to run ct-scan of head and MRI of spine to evaluate the status of local structures including muscles.
