What Causes Dizziness During Intercourse?

My wife hit her head really hard two days ago. She has a large bump on the back of the head. She has not been feeling well since. She has felt tired and mild headaches. But tonight while having sex she started feeling extremely dizzy and it doesn t seem to be going away even after 15-20 minutes.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Injury to the head might have caused hematoma (collection of blood) underneath the skin and concussion injury inside leading to feeling of dizziness. It is not only during intercourse she would feel dizzy, but could happen when she indulges in any physical activity.
Hence give a week rest for it to settle down. Ask her to take Tablet. Diclofenac with Serratiopeptidase combination twice a day after food for 5 days. Ice pack application externally on the swelling is also recommended.
Gradually, she should start getting back to her routine.
