What Causes Dizziness Eating Candies?
I am on dialysis. Today I ate 10 red twizlers. I feel lightheaded. I happen to have a blood tester, and my sugar level was 307. Can this be strictly from the candy, or can my sugar level be higher than normal. I don t think they check sugar levels at dialysis.

Blood sugar level of 307 is too high to be considered as sugar surge from candy. Please be advised to follow up with your primary provider to check Fasting and random sugars, HbA1c levels, and blood/urinary ketones.
Strict blood sugar control is very important especially since you are on dialysis. You will likely need treatment with insulin.
