What Causes Dizziness Even After Having Vit B12 Injections?

i have dizziness and imbalance from past one year, i have checked ENT everything is normal i have consulted neurolgist and checked for Vitamin B12 and the result was 143 and now i am taking injections every alternate days i have taken 6 injections still i have dizziness and imbalance compare to earlier it is 35% better, please advice

after stopping the injections also it takes few days to settle down ur dizziness .
don't worry B12 injections works .
later u can continue with tab of B 12.
if u have vertigo associated u need to change medication to vertin 8 mg
