What Causes Dizziness, Excessive Sweating, Nausea And Tingling Sensation In The Tongue?
I became very dizzy, sweating a lot especially from my head, nauseated, and about 5-7 minutes my tongue started to tingle along with the roof of my mouth. Then my speech was impaired like my tongue was swollen. I ate two buffered aspirin and felt better after 10-15 minutes. I did have residual effects that lasted about an hour longer.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dizziness, excessive sweating, nausea and tingling sensation in the tongue. Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like heat exhaustion , panic attack , low blood sugar or iron , food poisoning, allergic reaction and transient ischemic attack. The symptoms can also occur due to nerve defect. I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor my check vital , order blood test , take history and order ECG . Doctor may refer you to ENT specialist or cardiologist if he/she find problem to be related with ear or heart disease . For now take proper rest , drink plenty of water , avoid food like sea food and nuts , do not bend forward and take benadryl twice a day .
