What Causes Dizziness, Excessive Sweating, Syncope And Nausea?

Hi, for the past week I have been getting dizzy spells, with extreme sweat, feeling like I m going to pass out. Only lasting a short time about once a day. Today it happened 3 times with nausea then throwing up. Had to lay right down before I passed out.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms needs to be sent for CT of brain and EKG, ECHO, just to rule out the cardiovascular disease and cerebral pathologies, it may be nonspecific, you have not gave the basic information here, like age and gender it was very much needed here in absence of these it become very difficult to think properly hope this information helps.
