What Causes Dizziness, Fainting And Tiredness In An Elderly Person?
Afternoon, my father has been experiencing random symptoms of dizziness ( as though he was drunk ), and he states he feels like passing out....body feels tired after. My father had a stroke when he was an infant and is disabled without use of his right arm. He has taken some falls in the past and recently, in last 5 months.

You have to check his blood pressure and get it done MRI brain.
There is a possibility of reoccurrence of stroke or transient ischemic attack.
Also, check for cardiac cause and vestibular cause of giddiness. Use tablet Vertin thrice a day for five days.
Please consult your neuro physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
