What Causes Dizziness, Fainting Sensation And Heart Pain?
Hello, I have been experiencing rapid on sets of dizziness and almost fainting followed by heart pain and heart flutter feeling. I have a dr. appt set for tue but didnt know if i should go to ER to run tests? what do y think? I notice these things happening when I get upset not even that up set though. I am a very calm laid back person but have a very high stress level right now. I am a healthy 37 yr old.

This seems to be Acute stress disorder and you definitely need further evaluation and assistance from a psychiatrist as there are many other Psychiatric illneses too that overlap in symptoms that your doctor will be able to rule out. You can wait till your next appointment. But if you feel severe pain in chest, numbness or any absurd feeling in chest, left arm, hand, jaw etc then call ER for help right away as that may be heart related.
