What Causes Dizziness, Foaming And Sudden Death?
My 17yr old son who was ok during the day started feeling dizzy with chest and stomach pain on the way to the hospital he started foaming from nose and mouth few minutes later he was pronouched death at the hospital, what could have been wrong with him?

I am really sorry to hear that, if this was the case then I could guess it that there in hospital they must have done the autopsy and that was the only right way to know the exact cause of death otherwise through this forum cant say any thing without complete detail, take care and have a nice day.
