I think I passed out for less then a minute. I was standing at the kitchen counter and fridge got light headed and the next thing I woke up on the floor flat on my back. No idea how I got there. This happened at about 7:45 p.m. Got a leg and strong calf cramp after a nap of about 45 minutes. I passed out minutes after getting of the couch and tending to the cramp. Before this I had played squash for about 1.5 hours: 4:15 to 5:40 p.m. Got home and laid down for the 45 minutes. Before squash I spent about 1.5 - 2 hours cutting my grass. I m 68 never passed out before and in good health. I am not on any medication. What do you think
