What Causes Dizziness, Frequent Urination And Abdominal Bloating?
I missed my period last month going on month 2 as of next week. I have taken 2 HPT and both have read negative . i am constantly going to the bathroom to pee and am gassy. I had a nosebleed last night and felt dizzy and queasy after it was over which is unusual. I woke up today feeling nauseous and dizzy . I feel pain in my ovaries and i have cramps. Also slight pain on my left side on my rib cage. I m worried. What should i do??

might be having hypertention which can be linked to dizziness it can cause nose bleeding. you can not feel pain in your ovary. ovulation test can be done might be having hormonal imbalance exclude uti. you are having hyper acidity and dyspepsia. also having seviour iron deficiancy anemia consult gynechologist for examination and advise on further investigation and treatment exclude gall blader stone can go for ultrasound abdomen.can gofor blood test for pregnancy to be done in laboratory
