What Causes Dizziness, Headache And Shoulder Pain In The Morning?

I have had slight dizziness off and on, a headache when I wake up in the morning and don t have a lot of energy, also occasional aching in my shoulders or arms. Been going on for over 6 weeks. Went to doctor in early Jan and he said I had bronchitis and sinus infection, was on antibiotics and prednisone, but still not feeling right. .

as you didn't mention your age, but still I suggest you to check for your blood pressure, also routine parameters like calcium, vitamin d, x ray cervical spine, this I wish to advise because sometimes likely chances are that you are suffering from cervical spondylosis also since these patients have these symptoms in the early morning on getting up, also other investigations that I have suggested are to rule out osteoarthritis, which is only true for your shoulder complaint.
