What Causes Dizziness, Headache, Shaky Body And Pain In The Clavicle Area?

Hi there. I am a little light-headed, have had a moping headache for 48 hours, feel a little shaky and woke and have woken up in the middle of the night with a strange heartbeat - almost like it is missing a beat. I have pain in my left clavicle area, but this feels muscular and due to neck pain. What do you think? Thank you, Jennie.

Hi,

Noted your history of light headedness, moping headache for 48 hours, strange heartbeat in middle of night awakening you, pain in left clavicle area.
The most probable cause can be a viral infection as your symptoms indicate.
This can cause myalgia, muscle spasm and so on.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult your Doctor as a proper clinical evaluation and examination can give a proper clinical diagnosis.
Supportive investigations helps further.
This will allow the most appropriate symptomatic and definitive management. Like Hypertension can be cause of your headache and needing anti-hypertensive medications.
Take rest, follow up well.
