Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Dizziness, Headaches, Eye Pain And Upper Teeth Pain?
My 32-year-old daughter has been having dizziness, light-headedness, debilitating headaches, eye pain, upper teeth pain on the left side for months and the pain is worsening. (Antibiotics haven t helped). Another factor: She had a baby in March last year. CAT scan didn t show anything. Would MRI be more exact in showing a tumor or something? What specialist(s) should she see?
We will try to help you in the best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what your daughter had been going through lately.
Based on the history you have shared, she needs to see a neurologist or neurosurgeon and MRI may be needed at this stage.
Also, the possibility of nerve compression especially division of trigeminal nerve at skull base can get compressed by the vascular bundle or any other mass to cause such infections.
Also, teeth root or nerve impingement may cause the same. Meanwhile OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be used.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
