What Causes Dizziness, Headaches, Tiredness And Blood In Urine?

I am having some medical problems. This is the 4th time this year that I have all the systems of a UTI. Ive been to the hospital twice and its not an infection. Today there is blood as well. I feel tired all the time for the past few months and I have horrible headaches that never really go away. I have dizzy spells even sitting still. What could it possibly be?

This is alarming. As you haven't mentioned your age so first of all get your blood sugar, blood pressure (3 random reading on 3 seperate days), urine routine examination, urine for micro proteins and renal function test done. Then a doctor can comment on what you have. Moreover you have describe inadequate details. Do you have burning in urine or low back pain?
