What Causes Dizziness, Heart Palpitations And Frequent Urination When Diagnosed With Vertigo?
I have been recently diagnosed with vertigo but not sure that s what I have. I have a spell of weakness a day for the last month followed by tiredness. I was put on serc & fed overall feeling better than I was but 2 weeks later still having a spell here & there followed by raving heart beat & need to urinate?

I really appreciate your concern, if the vertigo is not the final diagnosis so it need to be confirm first, and for other symptoms it could be non specific, you have given very less information and so it is difficult to advise in detail at least you should have given basis information of age and gender, in my opinion it is nothing to worry, try to control your thought, hope this information helps
