What Causes Dizziness, Hot And Cold Sweats, Nausea, Headache And Chills?

Hi, For the last week I have felt quite sick, dizzy, hot and cold sweats, feeling like i need to throw up, headaches, being really shakey. I went to the doctor and they said I had a virus. But this morning I blew my nose and charcoal black mucus came out and i stuck the tissue up my nose and it came out black. I read online that this could be a problem and was wondering if these could be connected as im still feeling all of the symtoms said before or is it just a coincidence?

Hello,

Very likely you are going through viral infection and this is generally self-limiting and should improve in 3-4 days.

The presence of black material when you clear your nose may be due to dust. If you notice more of this material coming in the next couple of days you will need a visit with the doctor. The doctor will examine your nose with a light and determine the cause of this and advice appropriately.
