What Causes Dizziness, Leg Pain And Fatigue In Young Adults?

I am Maryam Nisaa age 26. My weight is 48kg & height is 5 Feet 3 Inches. I feel dizziness, light headedness and pain in leg bones. Feel very lethargic. People suggest that there is deficiency of Vitamin D & C, Iron & Calcium in me. I every time feels sleepy. Please specify some diet for me.

- Auto immune disorders
- Thyroid hormone fluctuation
- Adrenal dysfunction
- Uncontrolled diabetes
- Nutritional deficiency
- Others
