Noted the history about a young person of 18 having the problems of feeling dizzy, light headedness, feeling extremely tired and weak eyes. The commonest causes I can think of are as follows:
* Viral infection usually causes such symptoms.
* Specific diseases like Typhoid or so also can cause similar problems.
Hence I would advise you the following:
* Consult your Doctor for proper clinical evaluation, examination and investigations as required and needed as per your symptoms and signs that a proper diagnosis be mad and treated accordingly.
* Take plenty of oral fluids if there is no vomiting.
* Take a PPI like Omeprazole.
* Domperidone for nausea.
Rest of the treatment to be taken as per the cause found.
I hope this answer helps you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
