What Causes Dizziness, Loss Of Appetite, Cough, Fever, Stomach Ache, Migraine And Diarrhea?

Hi I ve been very sick these past few days and I m not sure what s going on. Here s what s happening I m VERY dizzy I feel disoriented when I get up or walk around I have thrown up twice I do not have an appetite but I m starving I have a cough I have fever like symptoms. I ll wake up in a sweat and I ll be fine. And then for a few hours I ll be really hot and then Ill get really cold again and over and over. Also, every time I eat crackers or drink (Gatorade) I always have a stomach ache and when I use the bathroom I have bad diarrhea and my stool is very very dark green, almost black I also have a migraine that just won t go away.

Hello and welcome to HCM.
Thanks for putting your query over here.
You have cough,loss of appetite,fever,diarrhea as well as migraine.
You have not mentioned if you are on migraine medication or any other medication,anti inflammatory drugs used in migraine can cause gastritis with gastrointestinal bleeding causing black stools.
If I were your treating doctor,I recommend,
-certain investigations like blood haemogram,widal test for typhoid,malarial parasite test,stool test.
-Tablet Calpol thrice for 5 days for fever.
-Further treatment by antibiotics depend upon the result of the investigations and physical examination.
-Have plenty of fluids.Oral rehydration salt for diarrhea and fever.
- Tab multivitamin ,small and frequent meals for loss of appetite.
-Adequate rest.
-If no medication for migraine has yet been started,tablet rizatriptan or sumatriptan twice a day needs to be given,initially for 3 months.(prescription drug)
