What Causes Dizziness, Loss Of Vision And Pins And Needles While Exercising?

Hello :) When I exercise, mainly doing movements that involve moving from one low position to a higher position (eg burpee) I often get really light headed and dizzy, and once before I've had loss of vision. I recently also got pins and needles in my lips and nose. What is this?

It sounds as if you might be experiencing "orthostatic hypotension" a term used to describe the swimming head feeling from the change in blood pressure from a sitting/laying position to an upright position. It is indicative of a few things, but the pins and needles symptoms may be associated or may not be. First of all, hydration. Are your getting 1 cc per kcal you consume? Orthostatic hypotension is common in dehydration. I would increase hydration even further in hot, humid or during heavy cardio.
