What Causes Dizziness, Lower Back Pain And Blood In Urine?
I have vertigo symptoms for a month now. The dizziness changes. Maybe 1-2 days this month w no symptoms. My head seems fuzzy most of the time but I continue yoga practice. I also have lower back pain. I think I had kidney stones. Thought bladder infection but came back no bacteria but blood in urine. I was ina lot of pain for two days. Went away but now have both symptoms. Also breaks out in sweats but that could be because I m on hormone patch for several years now.
You need a USG to rule out stone and obstructive uropathy. repeat urine routine microscopic and culture.
You might need a CT scan of kub region. Time being, take urinary antibiotics(like Norflox 400 bd) as severe UTI might cause blood in urine.,increase water intake to 3-4 lts per day.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
