What Causes Dizziness, Motion Sickness And Head Pressure?

Hello! I am a 37 year old female positive for MTHFR Homozygous, prothrombin Heterozygous, Colitis, and ovarian polycystic disease. I have been doing excellent and have not had any real problems in a couple of years. The past 3 days I have been dizzy or a sensation like motion sickness, head pressure (not painful) just bothersome, light nausea, and tired. Should I seek medical attention or wait a few days? What could possibly be causing this. I have never had this problems before.
