Your symptoms night be due to syncope which may be due -
1) TIA (
Transient Ischemic Attack): Transient decrease in blood supply to brain which may be due to obstruction in blood supply to brain.
2) Cardiac arrhythmia: Electrical disturbance in heart conduction. That lead to transient decrease in cardiac out put (blood ejected from heart) which lead to decreased blood supply to brain.
3) Cardio embolism: Blood clot formed in heart due to various causes may get dislodged tin blood supply of brain and lead to decreased blood supply to brain.
4) Postural hypotension: Decrease in blood pressure in response to change in posture.
I want to know-
1) What medicines are you on for
epilepsy.
2) Any other disease like
diabetes, blood pressure or
cholesterol problem.
3) Habits like smoking alcohol.
4) Any other medicines.
You should consult neurophysician for detailed neurological examination.
Following investgations may help in diagnosis-
- ECG, Electrophysiological study of heart.
- 2DEcho.

Carotid artery Doppler.
- MRI of brain with angiogram.
