What Causes Dizziness, Motion Sickness And Occasional Diarrhea?

hi...what would be causing light headedness, feeling of motion sickness, occasional diarrhea. No vertigo, eyes are perfect and blood work comes back everything ok. what can be making me feel not so good most days? I am a 26 yr old male in pretty good health otherwise.

dear possible causes are labyrinthitis or vestibular neurinitis or BPPV may cause dizziness.other cause s like cardiac or neuronal cause dizziness. please get ecg,CT brain,holter monitor. motion sickness may cause dizziness.use tab.diligon 25twice a day if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
