What Causes Dizziness, Nausea And Back Pain Post Periods?
I had sex on my last day of ovulation. I had my period a week after I had intercoarse. It s been two weeks that I had my period and I been feeling very dizzy, nausea only in the mornings, I have lower back pain and my sense of smell has increased. I don t feel anything in my breast and I did took a pregnancy test at night and it came negative. Can I still be pregnant?
Pregnancy tests detect the HCG hormone. This is normally detectable by day 11 to 14 after conception so if the test was done before this time, it may be falsely negative and may need repeating.
If it is truly negative and your period is delayed then other causes of period delay would need to be considered eg (a) emotional stress or illness (b)abnormal levels of thyroid hormone (c)physical illness (d)high prolactin hormone levels (e)polycystic ovarian syndrome
I hope this helps
