What Causes Dizziness, Nausea And Fatigue?

my blood pressure is 90/60 and I have been feeling so sick nausea, lightheadedness, flushing ,dizzy, weak, feeling really weird, and heart palapetations. any way I take cozzar for high blood pressure and has been stable till this week. I need to go and am scheduled to have food allergy testing done tomorrow so I have stopped all antihistimines since Monday I have been having allergy issues all week and I do get allergy injections . I also have had a select nerve root epidural injection done one my back 2 weeks ago. I have been getting worse as time goes on . I get and have also struggled with a migraine this week too. So my question is can stopping the antihistimines with all this happening cause my blood pressure drop and all this to be happening? I am 55 year old female. what suggestions help.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have gone through the details given, You do have multiple issues with allergy. But stopping antihistamines does not lead to blood pressure going so low. It is probably the dose of the drug (Losartan) that you are taking. Thanks
