What Causes Dizziness, Nausea And Sweating?

All of the sudden today I became really dizzy , followed by nausea and then sweating . It finally went away about 10 minutes later , but then it happened again approximately 3 hours later . It was worse this time though . What could be causing this ?

I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be due to vestibular dysfunction and this can be well treated with "Tab Betahistine 8 mg" three, there could be other reasons too but for this some basic information needed like age and gender which are not given here, some time it may need CT scan, times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
