What Causes Dizziness , Nausea , Headaches And Low Blood Pressure?

Been feeling quite dizzy, nausea, headaches, low blood pressue, weak, tired, and I want to know what could be the cause of this. I feel like I should go to the hospital for an MRI. Also, i ve been having a shock that s on my left shoulder... what should I do?

Hi welcome to HCM.
Low blood pressure in your case has to promptly treated when diagnosed.Screening 2 dimensional echo can lead to detect the cause of hypotension like congestive cardiac failure.Drugs like midodrine and fludrocortisone can help to elevate the blood pressure.Elevate the foot end of the bed at night.Autonomic dysfunction has to be ruled out if hypotension is persistent.Consult your cardiologist for further care.
