What Causes Dizziness, Nausea, Metallic Taste In The Mouth And Hands Tremors?

I am a 49 yo female. I have been experiencing dizziness, nausea, loss of appetite, a constant metal taste in my mouth and my hands shaking, for example, trying to eat soup and it shaking out of the spoon before I can get it to my mouth. Do you have any idea what might be causing all of these symptoms at the same time?

Hi Dear ,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern.

As per your query you have symptoms of dizziness, nausea, metallic taste in the mouth and hands tremors in mouth which could be because of hormonal changes, stress and mainly because of viral infection among oral cavity.Keep chewing sugarless candies. Maintain oral hygiene with betadine gargles two times a day. The symptoms can also occur due to defect in nervous system. I would suggest you to take multivitamin for this. Drink plenty of water. Take diet rich in proteins. Antacids can prevent feeling of dizziness. Take tablet acetaminophen. Your symptoms will resolve soon. If symptoms doesn't get well then consult neurologist . Doctor may also refer you to dentist.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
