What Causes Dizziness, Nausea, Sweaty Feeling And Bump On Head?
I fell into the corner of a shelf yesterday, had a not and got dizzy and nausea . Used an ice pack and the swelling has gone down. Today 24 hours later i got very dizzy, started to feel sweaty and almost passed out. Could this be from the bump on the head, or is it probably unrelated?

have u history of unconsciousness.
if yes so first do CT SACAN BRAIN PLAIN
and blood investigation NA*
if ct and Na level r normal so don't get tension. it's a minor head injury and cure within a week.
but any abnormal any report . to inform me I will suggest treatment.
