What Causes Dizziness, Pain And Tightness In Chest And Shoulder?

My son who is 20 keeps complaining of dizzness chest and shoulder pain and tightness. He has been to family dr who did an egg which was good. This has been ongoing for about 4 months. He freaks out and it gets worse. Any suggestions of what kind of dr he should go see?

u need to get him to a psychiatrist if possible... May be this s disorder called somatoform disorder..or an attention seeking behaviour...He needs counselling and a placebo therapy..If the condition doesn't subside with placebo therapy u need to get him to cardiologist for echo
